  • Jen Cohen is rude

I could not even get through the episode with the Harvard professor who was talking about over sharing. Jen Cohen was so rude to her that it made me cringe. She talked over her, pushed against her, and made fun of her ideas. I can't believe this is the way she would treat somebody that she was interviewing. I'm literally shocked. It was disgusting.

  • Pleasantly Brutal

A must listen. I love how Jen Cohen just say things with no filter. She says the things most of us are thinking. Her guests come from all aspects of life and there is always nuggets to find in all of them. The Dr. Shadé Zahria interview so far is one my favorites. So many lessons and insights.

  • Meh

Been trying to get through these episodes which is just the high school cool kids club with no other credentials, but completely lost me at the Tania episode. She’s a complete grifter and for Jen to have someone on the show that says it’s ok to slap your children is a questionable display of morality.

Episode 537: Patti Stanger: Why Modern Dating Is Broken, Red Flags, and the Commitment Crisis
Q: How has the dating landscape changed since you started?
Technology has changed dating, but biology and mating instincts remain; there is a shift toward women being more independent and men exhibiting less traditional hunter behavior, which affects how people approach dating.
Episode 535: Dr. Stephanie Venn-Watson: The Longevity Nutrient That Could Slow Aging and Protect Your Cells
Q: Where can people realistically obtain C-15 if dairy intake is limited?
C-15 can be delivered via supplementation (e.g., plant-based C-14 with an added carbon) and through foods like certain cheeses and high-fat fish; fiber can also influence gut microbes to produce some C-15, and there are at-home tests to measure levels.
Episode 535: Dr. Stephanie Venn-Watson: The Longevity Nutrient That Could Slow Aging and Protect Your Cells
Q: How does C-15 differ from omega-3s as an essential fatty acid?
Omega-3s provide membrane flexibility through double bonds, while C-15 is a stable, odd-chain fatty acid that strengthens membranes and prevents lipid peroxidation, acting as a complementary stabilizer in cellular membranes.
